Your Fitness is 100% MENTAL, your BODY won’t go where your MIND doesn’t push it.
Many people asked about my fitness routine that how I manage to look slim and FIT. I always answered – eat healthy with a little bit of workout. Yes, You really don’t need to sweat a lot by spending time or money in gyms. You need to take care few things and you can easily achieve you dreamed for. Lets begin with my today’s post where I’ll share my fitness routine.
Starve for PROGRESS not PERFECTION
Most of us doing the mistake expecting the results in a short span of time. Like every other thing our body needs time to show the results. If you work out for few days with full dedication and then don’t workout for next 2 or 3 weeks, It is not going to help. Be consistent with your exercise. Never make a mistake of expecting results in one or two weeks. After all its your body not balloon 😛 which would start showing results instantly.
My fitness routine includes a mix match of everything because I get bored of same things very easily. I do everything includes yoga, running, jogging, Squats, crunches, Plank and sometimes playing badminton. Whenever I don’t feel like to workout I love to play badminton. I believe in doing any form of exercise be it a dance for 10 20 minutes or skipping. So basically do anything but move your body. 🙂
Eat less from a BOX and More from the EARTH
Being healthy involves more than eating an occasional salad. To maintain the healthy lifestyle you have to cut down the junk food. One or two cheat days a month are ok 🙂 but don’t make it habit . You may require some gradual adjustments in daily routine, but while you’ll need to put in some effort, your health is well worth it.
I always start my day with some fresh fruits or coconut water. It keeps you hydrated. Though I am big foodie and love to have desi ghee (only home made) with prantha but I never forget to include one lemon and green chilly into my meal. Lemon and green chill help in burning body fat. Try to consume fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables instead of having packed sweets and soft drinks. Thank God I don’t have Sweet tooth :-P.
Last but not the least, keep yourself motivated. Never give up on you. It might take more time to reach you at that level but make your self comfortable with your body where you are happy to see yourself and leading a healthy life. 🙂
I hope it will help you maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Please comments below in the comments section.
Stay tuned .:-)
